Lenten Awareness “Do This In Memory of Me”

As we continue this Lenten Journey we are aware that life in Christ is life with Christ and the community of believers. It is because of the love we received and accepted and because of the empathy we model from the life of Christ that we reach out of our comfort zones.
Tonight, March 28,  the 5th graders are hosting a Taco-in-the-bag Dinner with the proceeds from the free will offering be used to support Heifer International Project. Heifer International is a non-profit organization that helps people all over the world by giving them farm animals and teaching them how to care for them. the meal is served from 5:30-6:30 pm in the Nativity Cafeteria.
WOW (Wired on Wednesdays) group is then presenting an interpretation of the Living Stations of the Cross. The Living Stations of the Cross will be March 28 at 6:30 pm at the Nativity Church.
Continuing on our journey, Thursday March 29 at 7:00 pm we have Communal Reconciliation. It is a time of reflection about our actions and how these actions affect others. This communal reconciliation is our Springtime of hope and new beginnings.
