Are you concerned about healthcare?
Mary Tintes from Change That Works will be speaking on the topic of developing principles to reflect our values in seeking healthcare solutions on Tuesday, June 2nd, at 7:15 pm in the Bethlehem Room. Her presentation will be followed by a discussion based on NETWORK’s Healthcare Dialogues. (NETWORK is a national Catholic social justice lobby.) It will include a sharing of individual experiences – both positive and negative – with the healthcare system, an overview of Catholic social teaching relates to healthcare, a consideration of our current system – is it just and does it match our values, and an exploration of what actions can be taken to promote the changes we would like to see.
