BeFriender Ministry Potluck 2009
On Thursday, May 21st, the Nativity BeFriender Ministry Program gathered for a potluck dinner in thanks and celebration of another year of BeFriender Ministry here at Nativity. We were fortunate to have Fr. Gary Luiten and Fr. Kevin Boucher join us for the evening. After dinner, the BeFriender Ministers were able to share personal reflections of their ministry with our pastors.
The BeFriender Ministry Program was established in 1989 at Nativity. BeFriender Ministry is a lay pastoral care program to provide a listening presence to individuals in a time of need. This ministry expands the pastoral care of Nativity Church. The BeFriender Ministers pictured with Fr. Kevin Boucher and Fr.
