Dear Nativity parishioner,

Every parish needs opportunities for adults and children to come together to pray, to witness to God’s gifts in their lives, and to grow in the knowledge and love of Jesus.

We extend a heartfelt invitation to all, young and old, to get connected by participating in one or more of the various faith formation opportunities offered at Nativity Church for 2010-2011. 

Faith Formation registration forms available to you in the following areas:
1) Fireside Room at Nativity Church or in the parish office.
2) Website www.nativitycatholicchurch.net
• Early bird bonus: There is a bonus for sending your child’s Faith Formation Registration form in early!. $40.00 per child before the September 20, 2010 deadline. After September 20,2010, $50.00 per child.
• Early bird bonus: There is a bonus for sending your child’s Sacrament Preparation Registration form in early! $25.00 per child before September 20, 2010. After September 20, 2010, $35.00 per child.

• Child/Youth Faith Formation
• Child/Youth Sacrament Preparation.   

Please note: Families in the Fargo Catholic Schools Network need to register in their parish to prepare for their children’s sacraments of First Reconciliation, Confirmation and First Eucharist.

If present circumstances prevent your enrollment in Faith Formation Programs due to cost, please contact Kathy Bourdon for tuition assistance.
