North Dakota Peace Coalition President Paddy McLaughlin has shared the following information with us:
The North Dakota Peace Coalition joins with The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum of Japan in presenting a collection of photographs taken of Hiroshima before, during and after the US dropping of the First Atomic Bomb. This display coincides with the 65th anniversary of the bombing and it’s intent is not to judge the right or wrongness of this tragedy but to touch peoples hearts to the absolute necessity of never dropping nuclear weapons again. The photos are on display the month of August at the Fargo Library, Downtown. Contact: Paddy McLaughlin, Pres. NDPC – 701-866-5703- for more information.
