HEALTH PROMOTION: Activities this year will focus on Fall Prevention. Regular exercise improves cardio-respiratory health, muscle strength, balance, coordination and stress reduction. To reach this goal several activities are being offered. 1) Faithfully Fit Forever – Mondays and Fridays at 9:30 am till 11:00 am, Bethlehem Room, beginning September 13th. 2) T’ai Chi Chih, Thursday, 9:00am – 10:00 am, in Bethlehem Room, beginning Sept. 16. 3) Meditation, Thursday, 10:00 am – 10:30am, Bethlehem Room, beginning Sept. 16.
