		<description><![CDATA[Looking for Affordable Housing? Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity is now taking applications for 2011 Habitat Homes in Cass and Clay counties. General requirements include family need, ability to pay the monthly mortgage payments, willingness to complete sweat equity hours, and attendance at one of the Orientation Sessions scheduled for mid-July or early August. For more information, see the flyer on the bulletin board at the northeast entrance to the church or contact Duane Koble. Deliver Meals on Wheels – A Great Family Project The Meals on Wheels Program not only provides a lunch-time hot meal and some personal attention to many senior citizens but also presents the opportunity for a little shared family time for the deliverers. The summer months offer a chance for children to help out when there is a shortage of volunteers, so summer volunteers are especially needed and appreciated. The time requirement is as little as one day a week for about a 45 minute route, with pick-up available at either Olivet Lutheran Church or the Senior Center on 32nd Ave. South across from Innovis Hospital. 		<description><![CDATA[We have received some very happy news from Habitat for Humanity via our Nativity KC&#8217;s: This is an invitation from Habitat for Humanity for the Nativity Community and the Nativity Knights of Columbus to help dedicate the 4-plex we helped create. This was a huge and very sucessful project which we began planning one year ago.Please help dedicate this worthy project. See you on the 18th! You are invited to join Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity’s  dedication of the Apostle Condominiums Four-Plex Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010 5:30 PM 1106, 1108, 1110 &#38;1112 1st Ave South, Fargo ND Major build sponsors: Neighborhood Stabilization Program of the US Dept of HUD, ND Dept of Commerce, and the city of Fargo, with major support by Nativity Catholic Church, Bethel Church, Atonement Lutheran Church and Olivet Lutheran Church After the dedication service, light refreshments will be served and you will be able to tour the new homes.
