Help a Family Move Out of Homelessness

Churches United for the Homeless has asked for our help for a hard-working family – 2 now- employed parents, a son age 5 and a daughter age 2 – moving out of the Shelter into a mobile home. They lack almost everything to furnish their trailer: beds, table and chairs, sofa, dressers, lamps, microwave, small kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, waste baskets, rugs, as well as the “extras” that “make a house a home.”
Churches United already has some donated items to contribute.
Sign- up sheet will be on the counter in the Gathering Space or in the Fireside Room.
This family has access to a truck and could pick up furniture. Small items could be brought to Nativity and I could deliver.
