Year-End Contributions\nDeadlines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   Please keep\nin mind the following deadlines for contributions credited to the 2019 tax year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

   Investment Securities Transfers: <\/em><\/strong>Transfer\ncompleted by midnight on December 31, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0\u00a0 Cash & check contributions-delivered: <\/em><\/strong>Received at the office no later than Noon on December 23, 2019, as the office will be closed the week between Christmas and New Year. Weekend and Christmas collections for December 21st and 22nd and December 28th and 29st will be included in the 2019 statements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   Cash & check contributions-mailed: <\/em><\/strong>Postmarked no later than midnight on\nDecember 31, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   Bank Transfers & Credit Card contributions:<\/em><\/strong> Self-managed requests can\nbe made using our website: http:\/\/www.nativitycatholicchurch.net\/admin\/autowithdrawal\/<\/a>.\nRequests for processing by Nativity must be received at the office no later than Noon on December 23, 2019. (The IRS requires\nthat transactions must be completed by December 31, 2019.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Remember, backdating a check to 2019 and then mailing it or delivering it after December 31, 2019, DOES NOT<\/em><\/strong> qualify. The IRS is very firm about this. It is important that we follow the IRS rules in order to maintain our tax-exempt status. Thank you for your cooperation.
