Thanksgiving Day Offertory Collection

Our Thanksgiving Offertory Collection this year will benefit Churches United for the Homeless and Central Cities Ministries.
Churches United is the only shelter in town that can house a mom, dad and children together, and its family rooms are always full. It serves hundreds of meals each week and provides other necessities for homeless persons. We prepare and serve brunch there on the 5th Saturday of the month.
Central Cities Ministries is a collaboration of area faith communities that serves far beyond its original focus of the “center” of Fargo-Moorhead. It is considered to be somewhat of a “ last chance” for help because it responds to a variety of needs that can’t be met anywhere else. It also assists with the Sheltering Churches Project in winter.
Both of these organizations are part of our Care and Share Ministries.
