Year-End Contributions Deadlines

Please keep in mind the following deadlines for contributions credited to the 2015 tax year.

  • Investment Securities Transfers: Transfer completed by midnight on December 31, 2015.
  • Cash & check contributions-delivered: Received at the office no later than Noon on December 31, 2015.**
  • Cash & check contributions-mailed: Postmarked no later than midnight on December 31, 2015.**
  • Credit Card contributions: Requests for processing must be received at the office no later than Noon on December 31, 2015. (The IRS requires that transactions must be completed by December 31, 2015.)

** Remember,  backdating a check to 2015 and then mailing it or delivering it after December 31, 2015 DOES NOT qualify. The IRS is very firm about this. It is important that we follow the IRS rules in order to maintain our tax  exempt status. Thank you for your cooperation.

Statements Sent Out

We mailed out contributions statements to all parish households on Wednesday, January 29th. If you have not yet received your statement, please contact the parish office. Thank you for your continued support of your parish through your donations of time and talent as well as your treasure.
