Parish and community Lenten Dinners sponsored by the Nativity Knights of Columbus
During Lent this year, our parish will enjoy a traditional and simple soup and fish dinner on Fridays from February 24 to March 23. Meal service is from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. It is important for the parish to come together during Lent to actively remember the sacrifice of Jesus, who willingly died to take away our sins. This simple and humble Lenten meal brings us together and is held just before Stations of the Cross where we walk the path that Jesus took to his death. By coming together as a Christian community, sharing a simple meal, recalling His great sacrifice and praying for our salvation, we continue to prepare ourselves for the Pascal Mystery. All parishioners are encouraged to bring their entire family to this community meal and then stay to walk the Stations of the Cross at 6:30 pm with your Christian family.
