Early Bird registration continues until September 15, 2023, with a Faith Formation fee reduction of $10.00.
Now is the time to send your Nativity Faith Formation registration form for children/youth in Grades 1-12. Pick up your registration form in Mercy Hall or call the parish office at 232-2414. Or, if you prefer, visit our Faith Formation page and download the form.
